Final Payment
Cancellation Policy
If you are booking your holiday in Lapland prior to 30 days before the beginning date of your holiday, we ask that you pay 25% of the total amount to reserve your place. As soon as Nordic Escapes Travel Agency has received your payment, your place on the trip will be held until final payment is due, 30 days before departure.
This reservation payment should be received 10 days after making your booking at the latest. If your payment is not received in that time, Nordic Escapes Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel your booking without notification.
The prepayment reservation is nonrefundable.
Final Payment
The remaining cost of your trip must be paid 30 days before arrival, at the latest.
Booking Later Than 30 Days
When booking later than 30 days before arrival, a payment of the total amount must be made immediately to reserve your place.
If we do not receive payment within this time, Nordic Escapes Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notification.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your holiday prior to 30 days before departure, we will refund 75% of the total amount. If it is within 1 to 29 days of the departure date, then we will refund 25% of the total amount to you.
Force Majeur / Extreme Weather
In case of Force Majeur or extreme weather conditions, at the discretion of Nordic Escapes Travel Tours, the total amount of your tour will be refunded.
Nordic Escapes Travel Tours reserves the right to change any routes on the tours described in the itinerary due to the weather conditions or other circumstances.
